The daylight fades early in the Pacific Northwest this time of year. But while the sunlight fades, people are gathering in businesses all over town. The Christmas lights are plentiful in Ballard and the light that pours out of the businesses is full of warmth. It invites you in to these wonderful spaces. This one is Bastille, a French restaurant in the neighborhood. It says "Tis the Season" It is covered in delightful mosaic and subway tiles, and the decor is primarily black and white. This scene spoke to me the other night. What do you think?
